Arrange round, rectangular and square tables with drag-and-drop, zoom, an inspector, keyboard controls and numeric positions. Save a wedding’s layout without losing guest assignments.
Reusable layout library
Create, edit and delete service-owned presets. Apply independent table copies below a wedding’s existing layout, preserving its assignments. Later preset changes don’t alter existing wedding copies.
Guests, groups & seating
Manage individuals and households beside the floor plan. Select a table, check occupancy and seat a person or group. Capacity checks prevent overfilling.
Couple access with clear roles
Couples manage details, schedules, guests and seating assignments. In the current shared workspace, your service controls table creation, layout editing and presets.
Invitations, RSVPs & dietary needs
Generate personal guest links for hosts to share. Collect each person’s reply and dietary preferences. Automatic invitation email delivery is not yet included.
Live schedules & locations
Link events to the ceremony, reception or a custom address. Update progress manually, including concurrent active moments. Guest and host previews refresh while open.
Private guest conversations
Keep each guest’s questions and replies in a private thread shared with the couple and their planner. Messages refresh while the page is visible.

A FEW THINGS, ANSWERED
Good to know.
Can we manage more than one wedding?
Yes. Your organisation has its own wedding workspace, with a separate record and couple account for each celebration.
Will changing a preset change existing weddings?
No. Applying a preset creates independent table copies. Editing or deleting the original preset does not alter previously applied wedding layouts.
Are these architectural floor plans?
No. Layouts are schematic seating plans. Physical dimensions and table rotation are not currently supported.
Does it include staff roles, billing or self-service onboarding?
Detailed staff permissions, subscription billing and self-service organisation onboarding are not available yet. This is a product preview, without a live checkout.
Can couples buy their own edition?
Yes. The upcoming couples edition is an independent offering for a single wedding, with no participating venue required.
